Materials@MIT is a starting point for all information on materials activities at MIT. The sponsors of this project, the Materials Processing Center (MPC), the Center for Materials Science and Engineering (CMSE), and the Department of Materials Science and Engineering (DMSE), promote interdisciplinary collaboration, while addressing different audiences in their separate missions.

Our hope is that this website will serve as a “virtual umbrella” that provides easy access to information important to both our internal and external communities, such as information on faculty, shared experimental facilities, education and outreach opportunities, news and events, and publications.
